Ads Reporting Privacy & Data Deletion
Effective date: October 16, 2026
This notice explains how TSUYAGLA processes information through its Ads Reporting application and internal advertising reporting and automation workflows.
1. Information We Process
When authorized by an account administrator, the application may access:
- Meta advertising account identifiers, names, currencies, and time zones.
- Campaign, ad set, ad, and creative settings and identifiers.
- Advertising performance reports, including spend, impressions, clicks, and reported conversion metrics.
- Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers associated with authorized advertising activities.
- Videos, images, advertising copy, destination URLs, and Amazon Attribution links supplied by our team.
- Workflow status, processing results, and technical error information.
Access tokens and API keys are used to authenticate authorized connections.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Retrieve advertising reports and synchronize them with our internal Feishu tables.
- Prepare and manage authorized campaigns, ad sets, ads, and creative assets.
- Upload advertising materials and record identifiers returned by Meta.
- Create and manage LinkTwin redirect links using destination URLs supplied by our team.
- Track workflow status, diagnose errors, and reduce duplicate processing.
The application is intended for authorized TSUYAGLA personnel. We do not sell information obtained through the application.
3. Connected Services and Information Sharing
Depending on the authorized workflow, information is transmitted to the services needed to perform the requested task:
- Meta: advertising materials, settings, account identifiers, and destination links.
- Feishu: advertising reports, task instructions, asset references, identifiers, links, and processing results.
- LinkTwin: destination URLs, link names, and selected tracking configurations.
Our team may supply Amazon Attribution links for use in advertisements and redirects. Supplying such a link does not give the application access to an Amazon customer’s identity, shopping cart, or order details.
Where configured, LinkTwin redirect links may use a Meta pixel to report activity occurring at the redirect stage. An event reported when a redirect link is clicked does not by itself establish that a shopping cart action or purchase occurred on Amazon.
Information handled independently by connected services is also subject to those services’ privacy policies.
We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our services and legal rights.
4. Credentials and Security
We restrict access to application credentials and workflow information to authorized personnel and use protective measures appropriate to our systems.
Access tokens and API keys are not intended to appear in public pages, advertising content, or shared reports. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, or API keys in privacy or support requests.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to operate authorized workflows, maintain necessary business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations.
Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used. Credentials that are no longer required should be revoked or removed.
Revoking an application’s access prevents future access through that authorization but does not automatically erase information previously saved in reports or connected systems. You may request deletion as described below.
6. Revoking Access
You may revoke the application’s access through the relevant connected platform’s settings or ask your business administrator to remove its access to business assets.
Revoking access may prevent reporting, synchronization, or advertising management workflows from operating.
7. Data Deletion Requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by TSUYAGLA through this application, email:
Use the subject:
Ads Reporting Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your name and relationship to the relevant business or account.
- The relevant business, advertising account, Facebook Page, or Instagram identifier, if available.
- A description of the information you want deleted or corrected.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, or API keys.
We may request information needed to verify your authority to make the request. Please provide only the information necessary for verification.
After verifying your authority, we will review your request and delete applicable information under our control, subject to legal retention requirements. If we cannot complete part of your request, we will explain why.
Information independently retained by Meta, Feishu, LinkTwin, or Amazon is subject to those services’ own policies and deletion procedures. We will explain when a request needs to be directed to another service.
8. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice as our workflows or data practices change. We will publish the updated notice on this page and revise the effective date.
